Protection of Personal Data

The personal data processing disclosure statement has been prepared in accordance with the “Communication on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation” which determines the procedures and principles to be followed during the disclosure obligation to be carried out under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
Our company holds the title of “Data Controller” as defined in Law No. 6698. We take care to process and store all personal data belonging to individuals associated with the company in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDP Law”). Your personal data is processed within the scope described below.

Data Controller and Representative
Our company is the “Data Controller” within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
Purpose of Processing Personal Data:
Your personal data is collected and stored by our Company within the scope of the products, services, commercial activities, human resources activities, and facility/building/site security measures provided by our Company. For security purposes, visitor records are taken at building entrances, and open and closed areas are monitored by security cameras. All personal data collected continues to be processed in accordance with the periods specified in our company's data inventory due to legal and commercial requirements.
To Whom and for What Purpose Personal Data May Be Transferred:
Your Personal Data may be transferred, as an employer within the scope of relevant legislation, to: indirectly/directly to our domestic and foreign affiliates or subsidiaries, domestic/foreign/international public/private institutions and organizations, companies, and other third parties or organizations from which our company receives services/support/consultancy or with which it cooperates or is a project/program/financing partner.
Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data:
Your personal data is collected and stored verbally, in writing, and electronically, using automated or non-automated methods.

Additionally, pursuant to Article 12/1 of the Law, the data controller is obligated to take all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure an appropriate level of security in order to: prevent the unlawful processing of personal data, prevent unlawful access to personal data, and ensure the protection of personal data. This guide has been published to clarify how such measures should be taken in practice.
Rights of the Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698:
By contacting our company, in accordance with Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data has been processed, and if so, to obtain information about the processing, the purpose of the processing, whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, and the third parties within or outside the country to whom the data has been transferred; If your personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, you have the right to request that it be corrected, deleted, or destroyed in accordance with the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the Law, and to request that the third parties to whom the information has been transferred be notified of the actions taken by our company in this regard. to object to any adverse outcome arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems, and to request compensation for any damage suffered due to unlawful processing.
You may exercise your rights as specified herein in accordance with Law No. 6698. However, if fulfilling your requests entails additional costs, our Company reserves the right to charge a fee in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, as stipulated in Article 13 of Law No. 6698 titled “Application to the Data Controller.”
